Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern your purchase of products from store.rocs.org (the “Store”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. Who you are buying from

The Store is operated by Rocket School Management, LLC d/b/a ROCS (“we,” “us,” or “our”), PO Box 427, Arcadia, OK 73007. Rocket School Management, LLC d/b/a ROCS is the seller of record for all orders placed through the Store and appears as the merchant on your payment statement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. The Store is intended for parents, guardians, staff, and supporters. It is not directed to children, and orders should be placed by an adult.

3. Products and availability

We try to display products, colours, and descriptions accurately, but your screen may render colours differently and printed items can vary slightly between production runs. Minor variation in placement, shade, or finish is normal and is not considered a defect.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit the quantity of any item per order, discontinue an item, or correct an error in a listing at any time.

4. Prices and taxes

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include shipping. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and the applicable rate for that jurisdiction, and is shown before you pay.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you complete checkout.

5. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your order confirmation or ship the items, whichever comes first. We may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, an item becoming unavailable, or an order that exceeds a stated quantity limit. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund it in full.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. By submitting payment information you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.

7. Shipping, title, and risk of loss

Shipping is free within the United States. We do not ship internationally. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier takes possession of the package.

Some items ship from our warehouse and others are printed to order and ship from our print partner. An order containing both will arrive in more than one shipment.

8. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these terms. In short: stocked items may be returned within the stated window in original condition; printed-to-order items cannot be returned for size, colour, or change of mind, but we will replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.

9. Warranty disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in these terms and as required by law, products are provided “as is” and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Intellectual property

The ROCS name, logo, designs, and all other content in the Store are our property or used with permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any rights in those marks or designs. You may not reproduce, resell, or use them commercially without our written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or an order will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
